Seen Worlds Portfolio

These are from the Seen Worlds collection. They are black and white silver gelatin prints, printed using traditional darkroom techniques. The photographs were taken mostly in New York City.I dove deep in to this work. I created the images by pushing the properties of photographic materials (heat, time, concentration and light) to the extremes to explore ranges of moods and emotions. I came out with these images of emotional worlds I understand.

There is also a book you can buy with 25 finely printed reproductions.The Seen Worlds collection is made up of gold toned gelatin silver prints, photographed and printed by me, Saman. They are shot on film and printed using traditional darkroom techniques.

They are 20”x24” in size and available in editions of 7.
